Have you received a MMA Contract & Application Packet? Have you completed it & mailed it in to MMA Staff?
If you have not sent in your packet, please do so ASAP. The deadline to submit your MMA Contract & Application packet is July 16, 2010. Packets must be postmarked no later that July 16, 2010. Failure to submit the packet prior to deadline wll result in the contract being rescinded - meaning you will be removed as a modeling candidate for the MMA Launch & Charity 2010.

If your interests have changed and you no longer wish to participate, please write "decline to accept offer" on contract and return. We will notate your wishes in our database.
*** Construction of garments have begun for models with MMA Contract & Application Packets already submitted.
*** No garments will be constructed for models pending MMA receipt of MMA Contract & Application Packet.
