Designer Fees: $100
Fee includes roundtable, luncheon, promotions, photo shoot (1 garment), fashion display (1 garment, must not be same as photo shoot), competition, buyer/media meetup & CD of Roundtable. Each Designer will be provided with one poster print of each garment worn during competition, including insignia reflecting event title & photographer. Model may only be selected by one designer.

This will not be a "bitching session", but a meeting of the minds for constructive thoughts to buildup the fashion & entertainment industry and celebrate our achievements as fashion designers.

(Designers Worldwide are welcome!... All expenses are at each individual participants responsibility...including lodging, travel, and incidentals...)

11:00 AM MODEL CALL

There is NO FEE for Models to enter into Mass Model Call.

Competing designers will select ONE model each, who will then compete in the model competition via the one-garment photo shoot and one-garment fashion display (two separate garments). Selected models will be provided with one poster print of each garment worn during competition, including insignia reflecting event title & photographer. Model may only be selected by one designer.

(designers must submit designer fee and be present for roundtable, model call and photo shoot to be considered for designer competition)
(models must present at model call to be considered for model competition, see info above)

Vendors Booths: $50 (Only EIGHT SPOTS available)
(includes one 8 ft table and linen, electricity available on request, first come/first serve, food vending may require additional fee and must be pre-approved in writing)(vending only during second half of day: luncheon and display/competition)

Industry Mixer Luncheon attendees will be treated to a fashion display of one model each wearing one garment from each designer. Judges will be on hand, as well, guests will provide input as to "People's Choice" Designer & Model Picks.

Fashion Display will be immediately followed by presentation of certificate to all designers & models, along with awards ceremony.

* Some product restrictions may apply. $25 of vendor booth payment is non-refundable. Total amount is non-refundable with cancellation of seven days or less. In the event of host required cancellations, vendor will be assigned an alternate date, no cash refunds will be provided. Requests to sell food products and/or electricity must be requested two weeks in advance of event date and must be approved by host in writing prior to event. Host does not guarantee number of attendees or vendor estimated sales. Venue/Facility may change as needed, however no cash refunds will be provided due to venue change. Vendor is responsible to maintain his/her area and staff in an orderly, professional manner at all times. primary contact for vendor is host and/or her delegates and vendor should have minimal, if any, contact with venue/facility staff. Failure to follow guidelines may result in inability to vend on event date, loss of vendor booth payment, and/or incurring additional fees for damage, facility fines/fees, etc. Host has final discretion.
